Saunalahti prepaid

Post by simon » Mon Dec 07, 2009 3:50 pm

Hi,

It seems that the prepaid number has become inactive. Is there some sort of time period you have to top up your account? Both phones went dead at the same time.

If I try to top up the accounts it says inactive account number.

Otherwise how do I reactivate the account.

Happened to me too. I had Kolumbus, but it became Saunalahti. And they said that due to computer problems when taking over Kolumbus, they had missed sending out sms to people whose Saunalahti prepaid SIM cards were expiring (due to not having charged the card with money in the last half year). And there was no way to reactivate the number, just have to get another number. I was kind of annoyed.... so I went to another company.

Hi!
Unfortunately you can't reactivate the prepaid subscriptions after they have expired. They'll send to you a warning text message before expiration, and if you don't top up the account within the period the subscription is valid, it expires. First validity period is 3 months and then after adding money to the subscription it's valid 12 months from that.
- Just buy new subscriptions, starter packages cost 5,90 at R-kioski, or 4,90 e when you order them from Saunalahti on the net. A new stater package contains 6 e worth of airtime. The only inconvenience here is that you get a new phone number.
