Saunalahti & Cumulus late night sms

Did any other Saunalahti client receive a publicitary SMS, sent on behalf of Cumulus (the hotel chain) at 4 am? I read it, wft did they wake me up for, am I supposed to go running to book a room in gratitude?

Isn't it illegal to send messages at that time of the night - some recent law...?

Apparently some technical error caused some of the messages to be delayed to the evening or the night.
They have some apology in their site.

I can't turn it off, it's my backup alarm clock. Otherwise, I could easily sleep in
