Watching Finnish TV from abroad
Hi, I may be in a bit wrong forum, so sorry for that
I haven't moved TO Finland, I have moved back home FROM Finland, but since I speak Finnish I'd like to keep it up to date and watch Finnish TV, at least on the internet. But most of the Finnish programms are possible to watch only from Finland, so I'd like to ask, if anybody knows any Finnish VPN access provider so that I could have Finnish IP address and watch Finnish TV from abroad. Thanks a lot!

Cannot reply to question re watching TV via internet. However, a friend of mine, managed to "get hold of" a small chip, which his son then installed in her TV set, this of course is illegal, but was done, and she happily watched Finnish TV from abroad in Europe.

I'm pretty sure this company http://digitalworldplus.com/store does a Finland VPN along with many other countries.baryska wrote:Hi, I may be in a bit wrong forum, so sorry for thatI haven't moved TO Finland, I have moved back home FROM Finland, but since I speak Finnish I'd like to keep it up to date and watch Finnish TV, at least on the internet. I can highly recommend you TVkaista. Being a Finn living in Switzerland I enjoy this connection to home.
It has 11 Finnish channels and you can record programs for 2 weeks. You have to pay for the service, eg one week trial costs 5€.

Hope you enjoy it
