Cheapest places to buy outdoor candles.

Hi all,

Anybody has a good idea where to get those outdoor candles (think they are called ulkotuli) for the cheapest possible? This time, I think I wanna light up the driveway a bit so might need more than just plain ten or twenty without paying a lot.

So far I just checked out Bauhaus, Tarjoustalo and was it Prisma. Any ideas would be great.

Tiimari might have those. At least their latest ad has those (4h burning time) 5 for 2€.

Check the outdoor market (tori) on a week end, you have an excellent chance there, especially in the Christmas season.

You could also try HongKong. Otherwise I think Tiimari and Prisma are usually the cheapest.

I am sure he did. Every supermarket and gas station sells them. We just don´t know how much he payed.

Well, erm, found 'em yeah - although, not at the price that I hoped for. I am now looking for off-season sale, so, if somebody comes across at throwaway prices, please do let me know.

I suppose they just store it up for the next year???

Well, there are no fads and fashions for outdoor candles, they look the same every year. So why put them on sale? I use lots of outdoor candles, I need them also for cottage because there is no electricity, and it starts to get dark already in August. I burn ten every evening. Usually I get them from a store called Robin Hood.

You can get them cheap by looking around the graveyards around new year time... there are many of them left on the graves, but need to choose the ones that have not burnt down too far. Just be careful of the hot wax dripping in your car.

Seriously, they seem to be on sale in CityMarket quite often...
