We have the phil and ted's double decker pram. It 's OK in the snow - the main problem is the 30-35 kg of child that you're pushing

I wouldn't mind hearing tips on strollers/prams for twins. We found out a couple weeks ago our first born isn't coming alone so now gotta double up on everything and get a good stroller.

Dunno about twin buggies, but I most of them are side-by-side. Just find something with big wheels and hope it fits in the car.
