Who are Fixus?Example If I take my car to be fixed at a Fixus garage but am not happy with the repair who is responsible to put things right, guarantee etc?

That's what I mean, is there a problem with Fixus garages? Are they a franchise or what?they just supply garages with spare parts oil etc?
