Most farmers are not comfortable with English, so at least you need to write them in Finnish.

Communities often have a system/pool for stand-in farm workers. You could start there.

If they want someone to work for them they put up an advertisement.

What kind of farm job are you looking for? Do you have experience? If all you want is to pick strawberries then you can easily find that kind of job advertised on the internet. If you looking for a more skilled job though, whether it be tractor driving or general farm worker or whatever they can be much harder to find. I suggest you e-mail any farm you can find on the internet or any kind of contact you have in the Finnish farming community. You'll find it difficult though as most farms are quite small compared with other parts of the world. But a lot depends on the experience you have and your language skills...?
