I've never really encountered PROLOG, although from what I've heard that seems to be a good thing. Beyond Befunge, the weirdest thing I've encountered (and I'm pretty sure ought not to be taken seriously) is probably programming in LOLcode.

And one final gem for the night:

There are 2 types of people in the world:

1) those who start their arrays at 1
1) those who start their arrays at 0.

That would appear to blow off just about everyone who works on phpBB and a probably a lot of other PHP programmers as well.
