study grant - transfer student

Hi everybody

Just wondering, when a student who already receives study grant from kela transfers during the year to another polytechnic, does his or hers study grant continue or he/she needs to apply again.
Anybody knows anything about these issues?

"If your circumstances change after you have applied for student financial aid, you must immediately report such changes to the institution that granted you financial aid on a special form (”olosuhdemuutosilmoitus”, form OTm)."

Although in Finnish side they say: "Jos olet vaihtanut oppilaitosta tai opintolinjaa, hae tukea uusiin opintoihisi verkossa tai käytä varsinaista opintotukihakemusta (OT1, OT2 tai OT3). Palveluun kirjaudutaan verkkopankkitunnuksilla." = Fill OT1, OT2 or OT3 depending of your new studies.
