Milk Wars

Post by JuliaB » Mon Mar 08, 2010 6:06 pm

Ok, so if S-Group stores are going to stop carrying Valio milk products what is going to happen in regard to the organic milk. I may be wrong but I thought Valio was the only producer of organic milk in Finland. Will they replace it with Arla organic or just no organic milk at S-stores. If so that is going to seriously change my shopping habitts.

S-group is not going to stop selling Valio milk products.

See update (at bottom of page):

...and anyway it never said it would stop selling Valio's "specialist" milk products eg: Hyla, luomu, midnight milk etc

Much ado about nothing it seems. :|

1. It seems to be over - at least at Prisma stores.
2. The "specialised milks", including luomu stuff, weren't going to be a part of it anyway.

In other words... wot Penelope said.
Also just goes to show how these things get garbled in the first place...

It happened.. because I went to let the cat out. Or I'd have been a minute ahead of you, rather than you a minute ahead of me. :)

Is this my dirty mind at work or did the jornalist at YLE have some fun of his own when writing this title?
