red spots on newborn's face

My newborn baby is about one month and we found some red spots on her face yesterday and more today. It seems baby eczema. We are very grateful for any suggestion and the name of medicine in Finnish in case needed.

They do get spots as their immune system is developing. (pimples) But there are other spots they shouldn't get, like milk spots. If it's your first you'll have fairly regular neuvola checks so you can ask there.
