Please give me some advice on fashion business

Dears,

I am finally made up my decision to open an online shop selling baby and kids clothing, I have already signed up one info session held by YritysHelsinki.

Before attending that, I have some questions to enquire here:

~ What are the restrictions/criteria of clothing materials. colouring etc.... for importing in Finland for baby and kids?
~ If the manufacturing and washing tags are in languages other then Finnish, (for eg in Japanese or Korean , Chinese , english), must those be translated into Finnish?
~ for clothing business, any official organizations for me to enquire personally in Finland (in Helsinki for example)
