Did they not print out an address for complaints on the (whatever) decision you got? It's mildly amusing they do that even in those cases where they granted exactly what the applicant was asking for.

well, the problem here is: KELA office just fooling me around for last four months without a good decision. So there is no paper to tell me where to complain.
