We haven't get married yet, we don't have marriage license either.

So they will decide the duty for each of us?
There is very little to decide. You just go your separate ways.
If he has recognized your child, he can claim visiting rights and you might claim some financial support.
But those things are mostly arranged between the partners. If you go "official", you get the minimum standard arrangement.

You might also have to look into your residence permit. After the split up your reason to stay might have changed.
