you'll find that living in Helsinki with a salary of 75k would give you a tax %age of 32.5. So you'd need to be earning a bit more for the fixed expat thing to be worth it.
One thing I've noticed is that the taxation value for employer-provided housing is actually quite low compared to actually housing costs, so that might be worth trying to negotiate...
