married to nice Finnish lady
if we got divorced
 isn't it a little contradictory?
do i be able to stay in the county ??
So I suppose this is a rhetorical question.
In that case it depends on your future situation and the type of permit you hold then.
If it is an actual situation however, the decision might turn either way.

If you love her why would you want to divorce her? What benefits would that bring?

in which case people do not tend to consider divorce... Which makes people wonder here, what are you actually planning to do (and also 'why')...
what i know most of Finnish they live together without a marriage
Well, not most (especially longer relationships with children), although large fraction do. Nevertheless, extremely few of those living together are formerly married couples that would have later divorced.

You would not get a new residence permit based on marriage of course, but you'd be extremely likely to get one based on having a child (that has Finnish citizenship)

will get more "government benefits" if we are not married
What gives you that idea? In that case nobody would be married.

i meant baby benefits
Sure. But that would mean that you have to disappear from the picture, and the baby would have to grow without you. As long as you live with them you will be treated the same, married or not married.

Could be, if you also lie that you're not living together. If you are officially living together with the mother of your child, you'll be considered same as married for calculation of any benefits.

Technical name for lying in this case is 'fraud' and there something written about it in the penal code.

i will rent a room in share apartment . but i will spend most of my time home with my family ..
i think that will not be lie or fraud
Yes it would. And you would have to start paying child support.

No wonder they gave you a permit for only a year.

A- Living together (married or not) means residence permit and normal childcare allowance for the mother.
B- Living separate (as in divorced) means questions raised about residence permit and having to pay child support. No increase in childcare allowance for the mother. (but extra costs for your other "home")
If you do not pay child allowance, the city will pay it and claim it back from you. And the questions about your residence permit probably will be answered in a not so favourable way.

1- i don.t speak Finnish
2- i don.t have a job because "i don.t speak Finnish"
3- will never take any "s h i t" jobs" that they offer to any foreigner
4- i support my self of my "Owen money" that i got form outside Finland "my country"
5- i not suppose to be in here in he first place.
1-, 2-, 3-: Means unemployed, so no chance for RP based on work.
4-: When you're divorced, you have to pay your ex child maintenance. Normally the ex partners make a deal, but there is a minimum amount set by law. As I said, if you don't pay the city will take action. Of course your ex might not report it if you don't pay.
5-: :?: that needs more clarification.
My wife or soon "ex-wife" she the one that filed for divorce not me.
i did not even know it i got latter at home written in Finnish languages.
i ask her. she said its divorce latter. ,, then she said . you will have to wait they will send you other latter in "English" so you know whats going on.

My wife not a bad person , she will never do anything to harm me ..
And you still think everything will be all right between you?

Question is answered, but discussion continues. I'll grab some beer and pop corns.

edit. by the way, check Virallinen lehti, it lists divorces (and child support/custody/etc) now too, since april, first issue of each month... who wants to bet how long until EU bans that?
