there are several threads about this already, you should try the search function.

There is one store in Lasipalatsi, another one in Kamppi close to the Aussie bar (that same store is also in Itäkeskus).

And all the regular supermarkets (S-market, K-market, Prisma, Citymarket and Stockmann Herkku) sell a wide range of organic foods and are generally cheaper than the specialised stores. Just look for "luomu".

Its not really a grocery shop but if you go to Juuren Pouti (address: Korkeavuorenkatu 27 00130 Helsinki, Finland) you will find the best organic and vegetarian food. This store specializes in only finding there products from Finland so if you looking for quality and not cheap tofu crap then you should go there. Also the staff is great and they usually let you try the products before buying.

See for you self.... here is a link I found on them

Ruohonjuuri is the place near Kamppi. There's also Ekolo on Toinen linja, and Hakaniemen kauppahalli and tori both have good selections of local, and sometimes organic, foods. The place in Lasipalatsi is called Maatilatori, but in my experience you can get the same things in Hakaniemi (definitely my favorite!), but for much cheaper. Punnitse ja säästä is good for dried and canned foods.
