I was just wondering how are the holiday money paid normaly in Finland. You get something before holiday and something after.
Can someone explain a bit the process...

so if you have four weeks holiday you will get two weeks etc money and tax is also taken off . most places give you half of that money before you go away and the rest in your first pay packet after you return.

and one more thing it is up to the company if they give you this extra money or not ;it is not a law that they have to give it
