OPEN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR AVAILABLE BUSINESS & SELF-EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE SPORT SECTOR

This open announcement is intended to inform interested parties for current opportunities in the sport sector. The opportunities derive from the international expansion program of the newly established International Open GSA Zone – a branch of GLOBAL SPORTS ASSOCIATION (abbreviated “GSA”).

SHORT INTRODUCTION
Every man-made activity in the world, which currently exists, at some point in the past have been just an opportunity which was noticed, developed and turned into successful business. The same law of physics applies also in this case. GSA has created an opportunity in the sport sector, waiting to be developed and turned into successful business. As in any other trade, the sport sector requires the right people, where only by trying you can find out whether or not you have what it takes for this line of work. One thing is sure – those who never try will never achieve, that’s why careful self-assessment of your personal situation and capabilities, and testing those capabilities could be well worth the effort.

Global Sports Association, with headquarters in Switzerland, is relatively new, exclusive, independent, international sports organization with professional status, own rules & regulations and advanced modern platform. The International Open GSA Zone is the new GSA branch dedicated to international management and organization, national organization and management support, and local establishment of large variety of sports. As the name suggests, this is the zone open to the masses, still with some level of exclusivity.

Since the sport in general is based on local sport clubs and organized activities, the current business and self-employment opportunities are related to licensed formation of local GSA clubs and organizing of local GSA events. The local GSA structures will provide further opportunities for organizers, instructors and various other positions.


THE MAIN GOAL OF THE LOCAL PROGRAM
Formation of Local GSA Clubs is the prime goal, and as additional possibility – contracting Event Organizers. For this, we are looking for the right people that will startup the local club formation and will take care for the development and growth of the local establishments and the derived business.


THE BUSINESS
Note that this is not straightforward employment. This is opportunity for self-employment where the contracted party, for example the club founder / organizer, under GSA license contract will carry out its activities as owner or co-owner of the corresponding local profit-making establishment. In other words, this is self-started business, where GSA provides the necessary customized training, guidance and management support throughout the steps in the process.


THE CANDIDATE
The candidate – male or female, must have good self-motivation, good understanding of how the real world works, good organizational skills, open minded, serious and reliable. Must comprehend perfectly what responsibility, reliability and strict confidentiality mean. Additionally, the candidate must be non-smoker and non-drinker (or very limited), with reasonably good health, reasonably fluent in English, with reasonable IT skills – capable to use PC and to work with MS Word, Excel, and some basic graphics application, must have own non-shared and reasonably secured PC, internet connection and private secure e-mail account.

Skill Level and Experience
Generally GSA have high standard and the general aim is for all GSA clubs to be developed to high level, however we also know what it takes to startup something from scratch, therefore we present two options:
• For candidates with low skill level – for example complete beginners, without related knowledge and experience, or just hobby players with hobby-level experience, but in any case – with strong enthusiasm and realistic potential.
• For candidates with higher skill level – persons already possessing related skills such as active or retired semi-pro or pro players, or experienced organizers.

In either case, through the advisory support the candidate will be provided with adequate training, advisory and management support and step-by-step will reach the required level. Everything starts from somewhere, usually at basic level, and develops from there. In the past, many currently successful establishments had started just on pure enthusiasm and nothing else. If they can do it, so you can, or at least you can try. In general, start-up of sport club, and further successful development and growth requires high enthusiasm, good organizational skills or good potential for achieving such skills, and available time.

The candidate is not required to be expert active or retired player in the selected sport/s/, especially for completely new sports where expert level cannot exist yet. In general, it is enough to have good inside knowledge on the sport-specific organizational matters and the related inner workings, and sufficient skills as basic level instructor, except if the candidate will partner with person/s/ possessing the required instructor skills. In case of multi-skill partnership, only good organizational skills are required for the prime candidate. Those without previous experience must make realistic self-assessment of their theoretical organizational skills as the first thing you need is self-confidence.

If a candidate wishes to start-up completely new (not yet existing, or not yet locally available) sport/s/, the candidate must have clear idea that can be documented in writing, image or video, or all of these, which must be provided for reviewing and further discussion. In general, GSA does not impose any limits on the personal creativity and strongly encourages new ideas and thinking outside the old box.

If the candidate have only general interest in starting up sport business but does not have specific sport preferences and plans, we have a list of sports with various levels of startup difficulty to choose from.

In any case, we will provide custom step-by-step guidance and advisory throughout the process.

The candidate must not have criminal record and no current or pending criminal charges.

Existing establishments such as clubs, company clubs, club unions and national associations also can arrange contract with GSA. If you are manager of such entity, contact me for further discussion.

If you are interested in Sport Commentary, you should register your name in order to be contacted when local GSA activity becomes available. The sport commentator must be fluent in English as the commentary at GSA activities is required to be on English. GSA will provide commentary style guidance.


LIMITS
So far there are no limits on the number of candidates that can qualify and obtain contract.
So far there are no limits on the number of sport clubs that can be established in a given country. In general, the number of sports is very large, meaning the corresponding number of clubs needed for those sports is very large too. However, the real number of sports that can be carried out in particular area or country depend on local climate, current situation and related possibilities, local laws, local economics and other considerable local factors, therefore a derived from all those factors local limit will emerge. The candidate will be able to assess the local limits.
As nothing stays still for too long (except the infinite human stupidity) the local situation and opportunities can change, therefore there is no time limit for submitting application. At any time, when you see that you have realistic opportunity, you can submit application.

So far there is no limit on the locations (cities, villages, other urban and unpopulated areas) where sport clubs can be physically located, except at or near sites that present health danger such as sites releasing toxins and similar. Anywhere you see good potential without local restrictions and hazards is possible good site. Search for location, choices and many other factors will be discussed further with the qualified parties.

In general, the candidate must be on legal age as prerequisite for signing legal contracts and running business activities. However, from experience we know that minors with potential and good ideas can and do run very successfully sport activities and businesses. In case of minor applicant, the minor’s legal representative (parent/s/ or other) is the party to take the legal responsibility and to sign the contract. If you have good ideas, potential, capabilities and possibilities, don’t let the age stay on your way.

Within the GSA Zone, there are no limits on the types of sport, except the previously mentioned limits derived from the local conditions. It is your own choice of existing classic sports, known / unknown alternative sports or completely new sports or events that you wish to startup. Correspondingly, your personal organizational skills and knowledge must match your personal choice. GSA is perfect place for new and alternative sports.

For the moment, the expansion program and opportunities are available only for the listed here continents / countries: Europe (except Albania and the disputed regions), North & South America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. Note that even though a continent is listed, exceptions for some countries in that continent can apply. Also, even though some country is not listed here, possibility might, or has become available – if you are interested and your country is not listed, contact me to check the latest details.


FEW WORDS FROM A WISE GUY
At the end let’s go back to the beginning… of everything. Everything new has to be started up in order to become reality. Waiting for somebody else to do the job and to provide sweet well-paid positions doesn’t get the things started and usually doesn’t work. The job gets done only by doing it, so, if you have interest, capability and possibility, don’t sit on your hands and do something. Also, you have to be a man that earns its money, not a beggar for sweet, sweet free taxpayers’ money.

Development of sports, starting up of sport clubs and the related organizational activities is not a one-man job, neither one-day job and in most cases requires partnership of at least two or more persons with the right skills, dedication, open minds and professional attitude, therefore it is good idea to see if you can find a business partner. But even a single person can succeed, there are plenty of successful individuals – all depends on your local situation and the particular activities.

If you are running full or part-time some small sport activity, some small sport camps for children or mixed ages, and you wish to expand and improve, then GSA is the perfect place. Don’t hesitate to think bigger and better… Remember that only trying and doing can get you where you want to be.

Some other things to consider – if you are one of those that works as unpaid volunteer for some local sport club or organization, then you should ask yourself this question: why wasting your time and energy for nothing when you could try to do something for yourself, something that could lead to potentially very profitable own business, and all for the same amount of work you are doing for free as unpaid volunteer. If you run some sport club that is not doing very well, GSA could be the solution as we have very advanced platform and specifically developed guidance for development and growth…
