Fida is a second hand store. I'm not sure about Jyvaskyla, but down here their stores are packed with stuff and some of it is almost as good as new including good quality brands. I have bought books, kitchenware and clothes from Fida in the past.

Cheap.... well most places in Finland have pretty much the same pricing. Stores like Tarjoustalo, Hong Kong, Säästö-Pörssi etc claim to be cheap but aren't always. Sometimes the best value for money comes from Prisma. Lidl has good offers too on kitchenware but they don't sell many clothes.

Anyway, the ALE (sales) are on at the moment so if you are quick you should be able to find some good bargains.
