Well, I'm in Jyväskylä for 10 months now, and I haven't encountered this kind of job advertised (as I recall).
Only 3D design in engineering/architecture, which is quite different. I've only seen the things you do as a side task for engineer/architect jobs or web-designer jobs in Jyväskylä or other places.

I think the need of architectural/product visualization isn't worth a separate position in a company especially in the recession, unless it's specialized on that (and well, that's a 1-2 people company I guess).

So long story short, I think you should forget about getting a full-time job with your profession. Even forget about part-time jobs.
(Actually I applied to lots of places, and only one place thinks it's worth to mention that it does architectural /product visualization too).

The only thing I can imagine is getting into a game studio, or a film studio, but well, your portfolio isn't enough for that.

You can get some contract jobs, maybe an own company, but you won't make a living from that.

I had a contract job, which didn't start up unfortunately (just modelling without visualization). I could have earned at most 2000-3000 euros with it. (that's 4-6 months in poverty).

Maybe I'm wrong, and I've been looking in the wrong places.

If someone has better ideas or insight, I'm interested.
