Child support?

Post by Flossy1978 » Sun Aug 08, 2010 4:48 pm

If your ex (who is the one paying child support) has another child, do the payments to you for your child together go down?

Wouldn't that be wrong? Why should the first child suffer because the Father starts another family?

Please tell me it's not true?

If it's true, how much can they put it down?

After quick googling, I'd say they can go down.

Why should first child suffer because mother and father have another child? There is only so much spread around.
