Suggestions for work on IT

Hi,

i would like to move to finland the next year, i have a bachelor degree in computer science and i dont speak finnish yet...
I was wondering if someone know if there is any website which lists job offers on IT or can give me some suggestion.

http://www.monster.fi usually has stuff.

What skills do you bring? Nokia projects are looking for a lot of Linux and C++ skills right now.

anyway i worked mainly on windows with vb6, vb/c#.Net, asp/asp.NET, and SQL server

I looking for some partner in the nordic region swe/fin/nor to start own business with. It can be software development, computer repair, deploying networks, installing servers, isp, hosting whatever.
Currently I'm freelancing from my home country which makes me ok living but I want to be back to live a healthier life.
It takes forever to get another job there (for english speakers), doesn't matter you there or applying remotely. I got a lot of experience in IT and enough cash to try to start some new business.
