E101 equivilent

Post by garylaw161079 » Wed Aug 18, 2010 12:01 pm

Hi

I have my own Toiminimi in Finland and will be doing some work in Sweden next month. I have worked with the Swedish company before when I was living in the Uk, and they have asked for my E101. (when an employee is employed in two or more countries of the EEA)

I have informed them that I am now living in Finland and they have asked if there is a Finnish version of the form. I phoned VERO and the person I spoke to said that there wasn't, but the conversation was a little muddled, and i have had confusion from the tax office before.

Any thoughts on if there is a form I need to fill in or whether I can just invoice the company through my Toiminimi as normal?

Thank you
Gary

The "form" can be filled in electronically and then sent to you through the post, so no queueing at the KELA office. And it is now a piece of plastic, which is valid for several years. IIRC, the renewals turn up automagically through the post.
