I am a Colombian artisan. I moved to Finland some months ago. I am looking forward for someone who can give me some advice about places where I can sell my Jewelry or groups of artisans in Helsinki where I can make contacts and offer our beautiful creations.

I don't know where you can sell in Helsinki but while you are looking you could start a shop on etsy http://www.etsy.com/
More people will see your work and they only charge something like 20 cents when you sell.

The Christmas bazaars in Helsinki are one of the places where craftspeople sell their work. I guess you would have to rent a table (probably quite expensive) and I think each one is managed independently. eg:

- The ladies handicraft fair in Wanha Satama
- The Christmas Fair in the Old Student House
- St Thomas Market on Esplanadi

and there are dozens more...

You would probably need to book NOW for a table, in fact it may already be too late for St Thomas's Market. They take place in November and December each year.
