can staff point provide suitable working contract?
I am just wondering if i get a working contract from staff point, isn't enough for the police to give me a working visa?

Visa is for visiting up to 90 days. Residence permit is for residing longer periods.
If you have a job that pays enough for you to survive (in the eyes of the police) then you'll probably get the RP renewed. Getting a new one... in that case the employer needs to do their job too.
