Lets make ourselves a mental excersize then. What jobs would you have available in the UK not speaking any English? Now you specify a region, say like Wales, so what job can you find in the old mining town everyone moved out from in the 80's, and still you are not speaking English ( so we speak Welsh, I mean Russian do we?). The list of available jobs at the jobcentre in Powys is about the same length as it is here, considering things. Best bet is into getting into a "refresher" training at the local polytechnic teaching nurses, as even though with EU-training your qualifications are passed, the locals aren't necessarily hiring without the language, nevermind theres a few slight cultural differences in who does what. That obstacle passed, all the local nurses have buggered off to work for the NHS so you will have more than enough of temp openings - as the nurses leaft as theres no tenures due to fiscal reasons... Theres usually openings at daycares, but try and get a local "perv paper" before you come, as they don't give one for foreign officials, get one for "foreign visa" as long as it states you've not been sentenced for crimes...
