Have you broke up from an intercultural relationship?

Post by Duo » Wed Oct 06, 2010 11:57 am

Duo Project’s peer support group is for women and men who´s intercultural relationship has ended. The group offers you an opportunity to share the life situation, learn similar experiences from others and primarily focus on personal growth aiming to a brighter future and enjoying life that comes after a break up.

Peer support group is not a therapy group but it offers an opportunity to share and discuss in a confidential and understanding environment. The discussion themes include topics such as identifying feelings, coping mechanisms, self-worth, attitudes and parenthood after a break up. Topics can also be suggested during the meetings. No child care available!

The group meets eight times once a week at 17.00-19.00 from October 13th until December 1st in Familia Club, Kaisaniemi.
