thesis questionnaire about internet banking

Hello,
I am an exchange student in Finland and I am doing a survey from my thesis about comparing the finnish internet banking system with the greek one.I would really appreciate it if you could help me by answering my questions.The questionnaire is anonymous and is for academic use only.

I answered it. But I think you need to do a little change in the questionaire at least in one point: How long have you used Internet banking? The longest option was "over 1 year". I think just about everybody in Finland has used it way longer, I think I have used it something like 8 years.

You are quite right because now that I am in Finland I realise that a lot of people are using internet banking very much.In Greece I have the impression that we are more accustomed to the personal contact so when I made it I thought it could be ok.
