Change of career/ Teaching ( ideas, advice, experience ?)

Hello !

I am currently working in Helsinki for a small software company as a Project Manager. This has been a difficult experience as I also have to do marketing ..

I feel that I would have to get some more training in this area or I would like to change my path and see what are the requirements for me to teach for example in secondary schools ICT / Art and Design subjects ? I have done this in UK in private schools without the formal qualification and I am just not clear on what the requirements are in Finland ?
I have BA and MA in Art and Design, mostly computer related.

I know that I cannot teach in International schools without the qualification but is that so in other schools ? Considering that I do have industry and teaching experience. I am planning to go to the employment agency to ask about this but if anyone has any personal experience I would really appreciate that.

Also the other options was to retrain as a Nursery Nurse via Open University but I had a look on a UK site for job specification and it looks like a trained nanny with 14K .. how depressing is that .. Has anyone had any experience with this in Finland ?
