Day care options

Post by jennyj » Tue Nov 16, 2010 2:42 pm

I'm new to Helsinki and, as such, would like to attend an intensive Finnish class starting mid January. During this time (2 hours a day, 4 days a week during the daytime) I'll be looking for someone or some organisation that can take care of my baby, who will be just over 9 months old when the course begins. If you could recommend any private day care or options available in the centre or along tram line 4, I would be enormously grateful,

Cheers
Jen

Hi There,

A girl called Jacqueline replied to me but I'm afraid I didn't get the address to reply! Jacqueline, if you read this, can you send me your contact details in a private message?

Cheers
Jen

Hi There

Why not to register your baby with the nearest to the city day centres. They normally take 4 months' time to admit your baby but if someone gets a job or starts studying before that time, then the child is given a place. you can fill the form online .
