Masters at Metropoilia

Hello

Does anyone can share with experience of entrance exams for Masters degree in industrial management at Metropolia?

Have no clue what to expect and how to get prepared for exams.
Appreciate any kind of info.

hi,
i was doing my masters before the merge at stadia and it was a first year when this program has been intruduced. so something could change since but the director of the program still remains the same.
if i recall correctly there was 4 questions based on earlier provided books. these questions were open so there was a lot of writing during the exam (i wrote about 7 A4 pages). after writing part i had also about 15-20 mins discussion with program director and some other lady.

So, the exam consisted of only written exam (assume an essay) and couple of interviews?
Any kind of tests? multiple choice exams? maths/physics?

What programme did you apply? I'm particularly interested in Industrial Mng.

no tests/maths/physics. just an essay + interviews (at least it was like that in 2006). and yes, that was the case for industrial management studies.
we've been actively using www.rendez.org for our studies so you can also find there some info (in general about the studies and not about the exam itself)

and the last but important question, how would you scale the quality education (particularly Masters in IM) from 1 to 10?
Can you say that the knowledge you got at uni now helps you a lot in your career and personal life?

ps: btw, the last update at rendez.org was made in 2008.
