Hi, does anyone know which hot cereal is closest to Cream of Wheat here? Its different than Kaurapuuro but has a similiar consistency to ruispuuro. It would be nice to have it as an alternative.

cream of wheat is just wheat farina, with various vitamin fortification and some anti caking chemicals added
(or were at some point), thankfully I haven't seen the mannapuuro versions here doesn't try to sell 'quick cooking' versions.

I don't mind if it takes time. I am just looking for the substance so I can try and re-create it. Can wheat farina be bought as is?
