Looking for work in Tampere.

Hello.
I have just moved to Tampere to be with my girlfriend and am looking for any work that does not require me to speak Finnish. I have enrolled in Finnish language night courses but am a complete beginner, so it will take some time for me to be able to converse in Finnish.
I am a 37 year old male from Australia. My previous vocations include, Military, Yacht Skipper (Offshore Private), Construction (Residential, Commercial and High Rope Access) and Tourism (Scuba and Abseiling Instructor).
Any help from forum members would be appreciated.
