Good luck but dont hold your breath.

So i have a bit of language and a bit of experiment ;). So how can i get experiment without language or work specific language without experiment?
Sorry to be brutal, but with regard to landing a job which makes use of whatever it is you studied, the longer you go after your graduation without relevant experience, the less employable you will become´in that field. Universities are pumping out fresh graduates every year.

If there was a boat, it sailed and you missed it. When the next one comes, you're at the back of the queue. I'm pretty sure the same goes for the UK and Belgium too.

As higher qualification as it is less needs for fin-language skill.
If the job required field studies in the back country of Nowheremaki, you have to be able to speak to those grumpy farmers, often in their own dialect.

I agree with everything you just said. lack of experience, lack of language, jobs for finns first, etc...

But.

I was crawling under projects and field jobs and reports (in english) during my one year practice in the environmental office on the city i live and everybody was happy with my job, they extended the practice time 2 times.

Then when i couldnt go there anymore by law (too much time in the same place), they just told me they are sorry. If they had the money they would have hire me as project assistant (no finnish needed). Basically it was field work, data analysis, mapping, etc...I just give them the results and the map and the suggestion and they write the reposrt or i write it if it needed to be in english.

Im still friend with my former boss and he sais that he is waiting for a new practice young guy for one more year

And i never said that my degree was better than here. but its not worse neither. stop thinking that you are the best in everything even if you are very good in a lot of things.
Im a bit sick sometimes of this uber alles mentality

So it is also a matter of the right time, the right place. Unfortunately those occasions are rare.

I don't recognize that in Finns. It is more "we know what we've got with the Finnish system and we're happy with it".
