Depends naturally on your needs. For normal everyday needs all big or mediocre sized banks are secure and stable enough.
That includes Nordea, Sampo pankki (Danske Bank), Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, Tapiola and so forth. ( Just google the name for links. )

Read this info about Deposit Guarantee Fund to understand how deposits are guaranteed in Finland. So the key thing with a foreign or Finnish bank is to check if it is a member of that Fund.

All banks have different online access security implementations. It is a matter of taste which you prefer, they all are secure enough as evidenced by lack of major problems. There's rather long history of online banking in Finland.

So essentially, choose the bank by what they offer.

On the English pages: http://www.talletussuojarahasto.fi/?page=4

Handelsbanken is not on the list, but as it is covered by the Swedish system (and national economy somewhat bigger than Finnish) - and is probably one of the better managed banks in Nordic region - I would not worry about that either.

For the posters of this board availability of online banking services in English language is probably the biggest limiting factor. Nordea is probably the best in that respect(?)

Agreed. Also the personal service might be a factor, but it is good to remember that it will cost to do anything in bank with live person.
