Where can I find Carribean ingredients like plantain & yuca?

I'd like to make some Dominican food like sancocho and mangoo, but I need to find some carribean vegetables and seasoning. Does any know of markets in Helsinki that carry such items?

I've seen plantains and yuca in some of the shops on Hämeentie, probably good for you to go for a walk up and pop into each shop for a stickybeak..
