I think you should ask your mother, Oh my goodness. If you do not have a long coat (this is because I am so nice) put the ski jacket on and take the blazer in a bag. Just one meter before you go in you change, or you change in the garderobe.

Fresh underwear, nose and ear cleaned no tattoos visable etc. rings out of your nose, ears, eyebrowes etc. and you are good to go. I ask only 25 percent of your first salary , my account number is 528877-66666542.

I would expect the place has also other visitor coming, at least occasionally, and therefore also some place to put overcoats just inside the entrance. At least I can't remember one that didn't have....

And bring a pair of slippers.
You could change your shoes in the garderobe too and not spread snow on their floor.

Defenetively Reinos (maybe not the pink ones); they should be able to see you feel right at home there. Most of employees anyhow running around on their socks (IT).

Research the company well. From experience, I went for an IT job interview during last autumn. Dressed in a formal suit I walked in to see I was a monkey. Every one including the manager was in casuals. And I got a stare of perplexity from each employee around me. And then a lady walked up and said "Ah you're here for the interview..." , knowing I was the only one dressed radically.

My point - Dont walk in with a mink coat neither a wedding suit. Consider the post you are being interviewed for and then arrange clothes for the occasion.

I think your attire will be the least of your worries if you turn up wearing a suite, let alone your back will be killing you.

Unfortunately he did not get the job. Well it normally takes a couple of hundred letters and 50 interviews before you might get into a 'good' job.
