Hi,
Are there companies in Finland that could help you with legal stuff related to selling your software product to different clients?
Essentially, I have a software product, and also clients interested in buying, but I have no experience in making sales agreement.
Mine is a start-up company (Toiminimi) based in Finland, but would it rather be beneficial to convert to something else, when it comes to minimizing taxes and own liability?
Also, where could I get list of software companies dealing with Financial IT products in Finland?

Legal support in selling software products?
Re: Legal support in selling software products?
Well, you either go to a lawyer e.g. www.kalliolaw.com and hope they have some standard licenses that don't cost too much.
Otherwise, search the web and/or find something to copy.
it also depends on hopw much your software costs. If it's up to a few thousand euros then you're looking at a standard shrinkrap license. A bit more and your customers will want software SLAs etc.

Thanks guys!
On this note, is there any standard EULA (Terms of Agreements) used in Finland, in case I want to distribute a software free of cost (only executables, no source code), so that end user doesn't sue me, in case something goes wrong
