Hello Kitty cake

I know that it's technically a food topic, but it probably appeals more to families with little girls than to the general FF population. Look what I made!

My 2 year old is totally obsessed with cats at the moment, and every time we go into H&M I either have to buy her something Hallo Kitty related or by-pass any of the merchandise, she just had her birthday last week and I know she would have been over the moon if she'd had a cake like yours, I'll definitely look at your blog for next years celebrations though!! Looks great..

Wow nice!!! I'm going to be in trouble this summer, the little one announced she wants a barbie cake for her 3rd birthday, and her dad smiled and said, yes dear, mummy will make you a big barbie cake :x I've got about 3 months to practice...

I think I know what I'm making for my kid's party in August.

You just bake a hall-sphere cake, put a Barbie in the middle of it
and decorate it to your heart's content :D

Never seen one standing on top of another cake before though :)

BTW, you can apparently buy the pan for it nowadays in Finland:

And also to the cakemakers in this thread: Two thumbs up! :D
