Tried to look in english but there isnt "send info" in english (other info is http://www.helen.fi/services/plussa.html ) so you need to use finnish one http://www.helen.fi/palvelut/plussa_rek.asp

Not sure what your point is and why particularly for me? My own opinion is these huge organizations like S have got their paws in too many things (including governmental politics) without benefits REALLY going to 'members.'
