JOB - Where to find freelancer/assistants for 2hrs/day work?

We are a serious company that are currently establishing in Finland.

We need a representative in Finland who can do simple tasks for us. Requires approx 1-2hrs per day.
1. Registering finnish domain. (need a company i guess?)
2. Sending out 5-10 letters by postal mail, 5 days per week.
3. Receiving a few phone calls per week with _simple_ questions.
4. Receiving answered letters by mail (not opening them) and sending them in bulk to our offices.

It is hard to find what google searches to use to find freelancers or virtual assistants in Finland.
All suggestions where to find people for this, or applicants please respond. You could also PM us here with your skypeid, and we could clarify more details.
