Swimming Coaching Jobs

My fiancee is a Finnish-Australian and I am Australian (can't speak any Finniash). She is going back next year in Finnish Summer for two months and I was wondering if there are any swimming coaching jobs (stroke correction all strokes and ages/junior squad) in Finland at that time, where do I find them, can I work in Finland (how do I go about it) etc
