Are you tired of difficult and cumbersome services? Does your mobile phone work like you think it should? Now you have a chance to influence the development of products and services by participating in a usability study.

Etnoteam Finland Oy is one of the leading usability consulting companies in Finland. We are looking for native English speaking people to participate in a usability test session conducted in our premises in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki (Vilhonkatu 6A). The sessions are relaxed and last for 1-2 hours. The participants get a reward of 50 € gift certificate to Stockmann. The test sessions will be held on 25th and 26th of July as well as on the 8th and 9th of August.

1) How old are you?
2) What is your profession or are you student, stay-at-home mom/dad, retired, unemployed etc.?
3) How often do you use internet and for what purposes mainly?
4) If you could choose whether to do something (such as run bank errands or book a trip) online or go to the bank/store etc. in person, what would you do?

Emailing us does not bind you in any way: you can always say no to the suggested test session. Your information will not be given to any third parties or used for marketing purposes.

Are there any 50-70 year old members? They would need at least one retired person as well for the study.
