Can a Work permit of Finland helps me ?

Dear All

I am a Non-EU Citizen working in Finland on Work Permit basis.Does this Permit helps in working anywhere else in Europe also?

I would like to know if its possible to work in any other European country ?

In order to work in another EU country you need a work permit for that specific country.
