Playing football in Finland

Does anyone has any idea about how we international students can play football here in clubs?

I have been living in Finland for 1 year. I am a new player as i haven't played any official games back to my country. What i have to do if i want to play football here officially? Do they allow me to play if i am fit to play ? I heard that we need some kind of football license to play, i want to know what are the procedures to make license and how much do we have to pay ? Do we need anything else than license ? And also, if i don't know Finnish language then will that effect me to play here ?

did you find anything out about playing football i just moved to finland by kuopio and want to play, do you really need a licence?
