resignation and YTK unemployment fund

Hi,

If an employer resigns then would (s)he be eligible to apply for YTK unemployment fund (of course being a member of more than 2 years)?

Anemployer isn't eligible for YTK anyways, but to get any unemployment benefits one has to be "unemployed, seeking for work" which KELA has the nasty habit of defining with 3 months "quarantine" as you quit. So 1st day go to the (un)employment office, register in, they send you a decision, and once the dole hiits in the fund 500 days hits in as well.

A foreigner (Non-EU nationals) but having permanent residence (Pysyvä (P)) + KELA card and he got the the fund of 500 days but still didn't get job. So, Will KELA keep on supporting the person even after the 500 days?
