I need ANY KIND OF job in Tampere or Helsinki

Dear readers,

I know, I know... I am not the first or second writing here regards the same question- JOB. However I still have a hope that there will be some new reader or someone who can help me at least somehow.
I have been trying to find a job in Finland ( Tampere or Helsinki) already for more than 6months. So far a had only couple interviews. I came to Finland (Tampere) because of the boyfriend ( another SAME story), and I am not able to find a job... I have Bachelor and Master degrees, and I speak 3 languages ( + a little bit of Finnish too).
I am very desperate at the moment regarding the job, thus I could work ANYTHING! Yes, I do understand that I have to learn Finnish to, but that leads to other problem, Finnish police is not giving me a residence permit, even though I am citizen of EU. According to them if I don't work, study or if I am not married I cannot be registered... That means I not able to be registered with employment office either. IF you registered with employment office your are able to attend way more proper Finnish courses, which are intensive and even receive the benefits! So it is kin of going round and round...

If anyone knows any helpful tips for me, please let me know! I would appreciate any kind of information or help!!!!
