Voi pulla

Post by magenta » Thu Aug 25, 2011 5:27 pm

I can make pulla but I am now wanting to make the pulla with the butter topping (voipulla or I have seen it in some cafes as dallas pulla).

I can't find in the recipe book or on the net how to make the butter topping/filling for these, I assume it's just butter and sugar and cooked for a few minutes

Can anyone advice?

Dallaspulla has vanilla filling, so it is quite a lot sweeter than voisilmäpulla. And latter is imho even better with salty butter...
