How To Get Building Permit?

Hi people,
I was searching information online on how to get building permit for (commercial) building. I found few finnish sites, but didn't become much cleverer.
I know i have to deal mainly with local municipality. Any experience how lung the process takes on average? (if I already own the land).

The local municipality is the only one that can tell you how long it will take. WTH ask it here?

If it is already zoned as commercial site and you supply all the papers in right order Is dotted, Ts crossed... weeks to months. Depends hugely where and what you are going to build.
